Most products from OnlineSafetyDepot.com are shipped through UPS or FedEx. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. The tracking number is also recorded in your customer account for later reference.
Returns
At OnlineSafetyDepot.com, we want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchases. If for some reason you decide you don't want or need the product(s) you ordered, please contact us to arrange for a return. Before sending back your order, please contact us to get a return authorization. Return authorization requests must be made within 30 days of when the product was delivered. Returned products must be in new, resalable condition in order to receive credit. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The original shipping costs are also not credited in the event of a return.
