The I9060 Smoke Detector has a hush feature that allows users to silence the alarm when doing maintenance and at other times when the fire alarm sound needs to be overridden.
Elements of this smoke detector associated with the hush feature:
- Hush® Feature – Temporarily silences nuisance alarms.
- Red LED – Flashes every 30-40 seconds to indicate that the smoke alarm is operating.
- Test Button – Tests unit’s electronic circuitry, horn, and battery function.
