Fire extinguisher inspection checks are required by OSHA and local regulatory bodies to be performed monthly as part of the maintenance plan for publicly used buildings.
This inspection record tag is made of plastic. It starts with 2016 (the attached picture shows 2010-2013, but our extinguisher inspection tags start with the current year) and includes columns for recording four years of inspection. The tag is yellow with black print. It measures 3 inches wide x 3.25 inches tall.
