Built for durability and versatility, the Inflight Fitness Vanguard Training System is suited for commercial facilities such as gyms, hotel fitness rooms, and corporate workout areas. Its four-station layout and adjustable pulley system allow multiple users to train efficiently, while the three-stack design supports simultaneous workouts. The cable column includes 17 height adjustments and a 2:1 cable ratio for varied exercise positioning and movement options.
This system comes standard with three 150 lb. weight stacks, with each stack eligible for 50 lb. increments up to 300 lb. Padded seats with sewn vinyl upholstery are designed for durability, while the contoured seat and back pads provide lumbar support and comfort during use. An easy ratchet adjustment system helps users set seat height and positioning quickly. Commercial rated 1" shafts and 1" pillow block bearings on the press arm are included for smooth operation.
The Vanguard also features cast steel weight plates, 3/16" diameter 4000 lb. military-spec cable, and 4.5" and 6" pulleys for dependable performance and quieter movement. Full steel shrouds with powder and clear coat finish help protect the unit and provide a mar-resistant appearance. The included exercise placards offer guidance for setup, proper form, and targeted muscle groups. Hand grips are made from non-absorbent, UV resistant closed cell foam and finished with aluminum grip caps.
