DC Blocks Double-Wide are designed for coaches and athletes who need a wider platform for lifts and drills. Each block measures 31 inches long, 19 inches wide, and 2 inches tall, and weighs 23 lbs. The blocks are made from scrap plastics that are processed and hydraulically pressed into the patented, interlocking DC Blocks mold. They are easy to stack to the height required for training and simple to store when not in use. This set of 6 is suitable for plyometrics up to a 12-inch height with a large landing surface and can be used as part of a flexible lifting or jerk box setup.
