The Diamond Pro IWF Bar from Power Systems is manufactured in Decatur, Alabama and is 100% made in the USA. This 20 kg barbell is designed with snap ring construction and 1 1/4" bronze self-lubricating Oil-Lite bushings to support a smooth, even rotation and long service life. The bar has no center knurl and includes ring spacing to IWF and IPF specifications for training and competition use. Its 28.5 mm shaft is rated at 200,000 psi, and the end caps are color coded for easy identification.
