Built for everyday training use, this Power Systems urethane plate combines a durable urethane exterior with a metal center ring to support repeated loading and unloading on Olympic 2" diameter barbells. The beveled edge design and molded grip locations make the plate easier to lift from the floor and more convenient to use for hand-held exercises. The weight is clearly marked in white for quick identification, and the black finish provides a clean, uniform look across the plate line.
This 5 lb. plate is sold individually and is part of a six-size urethane plate series ranging from 2.5 lb. to 45 lb. Olympic bar and collars are sold separately.
