The pack becomes ready for use after heating for less than an hour in a stove, microwave, or other heating unit. It is pliable when heated and conforms to the body, and it can provide up to 30 minutes of hot, moist relief when used as directed. For safe application, the heated pack should be wrapped in a towel or other covering before use. The pack is latex-free and suitable for adult and pediatric use.
