The Stroops Resistance 90 Band is the core component of the Resistance 90 system and is built with Slastix resistance band technology for added durability and safer use. Its dual-handle design supports a range of exercises, including arm, chest, and shoulder movements, as well as squats, lunges, and glute work. The band features handles on both ends connected by a clip that can be attached in different positions, allowing for flexible workout setup. This model provides very heavy resistance at 30 lbs. It is intended as the band only and can be used on the go or with a Spine Strap, sold separately, for home workouts.
