3B Scientific Steel Stall Bars offer a durable alternative to traditional all-wood stall bars by combining wood and steel in a wall-mounted design. They are commonly used in sports medicine, physical therapy, fitness, and rehabilitation settings, and can also be installed in home gyms or studios. Users can exercise from either a sitting or standing position, making the unit useful for stretching, mobility work, balance training, and range-of-motion exercises. The stall bars are also compatible with suspension trainers and exercise bands, which are not included.
The apparatus measures 7.4 feet high, 3.5 feet wide, and extends 20 inches from the wall when installed. It has a weight capacity of up to 300 lb. The steel bars remain fixed in place once installed, while the wood bars can be removed to help adjust the stretching aid to user needs. Each dowel measures 1.5 inches in diameter, with approximately 7 inches between dowels and 6.5 inches from the floor to the bottom rung. Mounting hardware for drywall applications and fully illustrated installation instructions are included.
