Designed for cold therapy applications, the AirCast CryoCuff thigh system uses the combination of cold and compression to help reduce swelling and discomfort. The set includes a water cooler and a thigh cuff, and the cooler is sized to hold enough ice and water for up to 8 hours of cryotherapy. Compression is controlled by gravity, and the cuff is constructed from nylon and vinyl for regular therapy use. The system includes the gravity feed component and can also be used with a continuous AutoChill electric pump, which is sold separately.
