Built for broad training use, the Airex Coronella 185 Exercise Mat offers a comfortable and supportive surface for floor-based exercise. It is made from closed-cell foam with an integrally molded skin for added durability, and the transverse ribbing pattern helps resist rips and holes while allowing the mat to be rolled for carrying and storage. At 72 inches long, 23 inches wide, and 0.6 inches thick, it provides ample space for stretching, tumbling, flexibility work, push-ups, sit-ups, squats, lunges, and other mat-based routines. The mat is lightweight for easy repositioning, latex-free, and designed to remain flat at the ends to help reduce tripping. It is also suitable for use in water-based exercise, as it floats, and includes integrated sanitized hygiene protection to help inhibit odors, fungus, bacteria, and mildew.
