The Allen Diagnostic ACLS and LACLS tools set provides the official ACLS and LACLS assessment tools approved by the ACLS and LACLS Committee. It is designed to support screening and scoring as outlined in the Manual for ACLS-5 and LACLS-5. The included tools are used to measure an individual’s global cognitive processing capacities, learning potential, and performance abilities, and may help identify unrecognized or suspected problems related to functional cognition. The LACLS tool offers the same assessment format as the ACLS tool in a larger size for use when vision or hand function is a concern.
