The Allen Diagnostic LACLS Replacement Kit includes replacement materials for the Large Allen Cognitive Level Screen-5. It contains 1 shoelace for the Running Stitch Task and 120 inches of lace for use in the Whipstitch and/or Single Cordovan Stitch Tasks, with enough length to complete a total of 4 replacements. This kit is intended to help maintain the usability of the approved screening set by replacing the cord and lace components used during administration.
