Aquasonic Clear Ultrasound Gel is designed for use wherever a viscous ultrasound coupling gel is required. It uses the same trusted formula as Aquasonic 100 gel, without fragrance or color, and is suitable for a broad range of diagnostic and therapeutic medical ultrasound applications. The gel is acoustically correct for the frequencies commonly used in ultrasound procedures and is completely aqueous for clean application and easy removal.
This clear gel is made with pure water and contains no perfumes or dyes. It is formulated to be hypoallergenic, bacteriostatic, and non-irritating. It will not stain clothing or damage transducers when used as directed. For best use, apply the gel to the surface of the transducer rather than directly to the patient. Each case contains 144 tubes, with 60g per tube.
