The Aspen Summit 456 TLSO is designed to help promote more natural posture while serving as a low-profile TLSO option for post-surgical use. It is intended to aid in postural correction by helping re-educate the muscles with the therapeutic goal of returning the patient to a functional mid-range. For patients who do not require the motion restriction of an anterior rigid TLSO, this brace provides an alternative that is comfortable to wear and easy to put on and remove, helping support patient compliance.
Telescoping shoulder straps provide 13 inches of height adjustment to help fit a wide range of patients. Circumferential adjustability supports a customized fit for different body types, while the malleable aluminum support can be conformed to varying anatomies. The structural components are removable and can be heat molded, bent, or trimmed to further adapt the brace to individual needs. Overlapping anterior panels add midline support, and Aspen FlexTabs are designed to disperse pressure and naturally conform to the patient's anatomy for added comfort. The sizing mechanism allows quick adjustments without tools.
