Product Description
The Austin Air Allergy Machine Junior depends on its proprietary multi-stage filter system for performance. This white replacement filter includes 30 sq. ft. of medical-grade True HEPA filter paper along with a layer of military-grade HEGA carbon cloth to help capture airborne particles and absorb chemicals, gases, pollutants, odors, viruses, and bacteria. It is certified to remove 99.97% of airborne particles 0.3 microns or larger and 95% of particles down to 0.1 microns. Designed as a direct replacement filter only, it is compatible with White and Sandstone Allergy Machine Junior units and Baby's Breath Air Purifier units. Installation requires work gloves and a Phillips-head screwdriver. Filter life can vary based on conditions such as pets, carpeting, paint fumes, smoking, urban pollution, or similar heavy-use environments. Regular vacuuming of the outside of the unit can help keep the filter area clear of larger dust and debris.
