Product Description
The Austin Air Pet Machine relies on its proprietary filtration system to help reduce pet odors, dander, chemicals, gases, VOCs, and sub-micron particles. This replacement filter includes 60 sq. ft. of medical-grade True HEPA filter paper, followed by 15 lbs. of granular carbon and zeolite. It is certified to remove 99.97% of airborne particles 0.3 microns or larger and 95% of particles down to 0.1 microns. This listing is for the black replacement filter only and is appropriate for Black and Midnight Blue Pet Machine units. Replacement requires work gloves and a Phillips-head screwdriver. The filter is engineered to last up to 5 years, although service life can be shorter in environments with pets, new carpeting, paint fumes, heavy smoking, or urban pollution.
