Product Description
This Baseline BIMS digital pinch dynamometer uses load-cell technology to provide accurate, repeatable measurements without hydraulic oil or moving parts that can wear, leak, or break. The adjustable 5-position paddles are designed to accommodate different hand sizes and support testing at multiple grip positions. Operation is straightforward: press select to begin a test and delete to reset the reading to zero.
The functional model is built for simplified testing and includes the Max Force protocol only. It displays strength readings in pounds and kilograms on a full-color LCD screen and can measure grip strength up to 100 lb (45 kg). Results can be stored on the device or transferred to a local PC, and the unit is Bluetooth-enabled for future application support. The device also calculates statistics such as mean, standard deviation, and coefficient of variation to help streamline testing.
