The horseshoe-shaped body features 12 mounting points and can be adjusted with the included rollers, trigger balls, trigger cones, stopper, and attachment holder to address broader muscle areas or more specific points of tightness. The roller attachments are suited for larger muscle groups such as the neck, thigh, calf, and arm, while the trigger balls and cones are intended for more focused compression work. A dual lock-off system helps keep attachments secured during use, and the included Lock Cords provide options for softer compression or increased pressure. At approximately 4.4 lb, the tool is light enough to carry between rooms and includes a carrying bag and exercise poster with more than 15 exercises.
