This Push MetaGrip CMC thumb brace is made for support of the thumb basal joint area and is intended for use on the left hand. Its streamlined design offers CMC stability during pinch and grip activities without limiting movement at other joints. The brace is suitable for use in everyday activity, work, and selected sports or hobbies such as golf, tennis, knitting, and swimming. It may also be used in post-operative care following CMC surgery, as directed by a clinician.
The brace uses an embedded metal insert that can be adjusted to help create a closer fit around the thumb. It is latex free, resistant to deformation from hot environments, and machine washable on a gentle cycle at low temperature. Size 2 is intended for hands measuring 7 3/4 inches through 8 7/8 inches just below the knuckles of all fingers, excluding the thumb.
