This 14-inch CanDo Balance Disc provides a versatile surface for seated use or standing balance exercises. When placed on a chair or bench, it mimics the movement and contour of an inflatable ball. When used on the floor, it serves as a standing disc for balance training, proprioception, and lower-extremity strengthening. One side features a nubby texture for tactile feedback and stimulation, while the other side is flat. The disc inflates and deflates with a standard pump, allowing the inflation level to be adjusted to suit the desired vestibular challenge. Available in multiple colors and two sizes.
