This CanDo inflatable vestibular disc is made for seated use on chairs or for floor-based balance activities. When placed on a seat, it mimics the movement and shape of an inflatable ball to provide an unstable sitting surface. It can also be used as a standing disc for balance training, proprioception work, and lower extremity strengthening.
The disc features one textured nubby side for tactile feedback and stimulation, along with one flat side. It inflates and deflates with a standard pump, allowing the inflation level to be adjusted to match the desired level of vestibular challenge.
