Product Description
The CanDo Balance Disc is an inflatable vestibular disc designed to mimic the movement and shape of an inflatable ball when used on a seat. It may also be placed on the floor for standing balance exercises, proprioception work, and lower extremity strengthening. One side has a nubby texture for tactile feedback and stimulation, while the opposite side is flat for versatile use.
The disc inflates and deflates with a standard pump, making it easy to adjust for different training needs. By varying the inflation level, users can increase or decrease the vestibular challenge. This 24 inch disc is offered in yellow and is one of two available sizes.
