CanDo inflatable exercise balls are used in fitness, rehabilitation, and movement activities where balance, flexibility, coordination, and core strength are part of the program. This extra thick ABS model is made with a slow air release material that is specially formulated to let air out gradually if punctured by a sharp object. The ball may be inflated to a softer feel or filled to a firmer, bouncier feel depending on the intended use. The ribbed PVC vinyl surface helps provide a more secure grip, and the ball supports up to 600 lb.
