CanDo AccuForce low-powder exercise band is designed to help users achieve repeatable and measurable performance with each repetition. The band changes shape as it is stretched, giving a visual indication of exertion. It is made from high quality latex resistive material and has been used in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987. This compact, lightweight exercise band is suitable for upper and lower body routines and can be used on its own or with handles and anchors. The band is color-coded for easy resistance identification and follows the Thera-Band color sequence for progressive exercise.
