CanDo AccuForce low-powder exercise band provides a simple way to monitor effort during stretching and strengthening routines. The band is designed so users can visually track exertion as it is stretched, helping deliver specific, repeatable levels of performance with each repetition. Packaged in a polybag, each band is ready to use after removal from the package.
This high-quality latex resistive exercise band has been used in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987. It is a lightweight, compact, and portable option for upper and lower body exercise, and it can be used alone or with handles and anchors. The band is color-coded to match the Thera-Band color sequence, making resistance levels easy to identify and progress through.
This set includes five resistance levels: one box of forty 4-foot bands each in X-Light yellow, Light red, Medium green, Heavy blue, and X-Heavy black. Each band is 5 inches wide and made of natural rubber latex. Latex may cause allergic reactions, and latex-free alternatives are available in the CanDo exercise band line.
