CanDo AccuForce exercise band is a high-quality latex resistance band designed for repeatable exercise performance. The specially designed band allows users to estimate exertion by how far the band is stretched, and the dispenser box makes it easy to unroll and cut the desired length with scissors. The band is lightweight, compact, and durable, making it suitable for a variety of upper and lower body exercises, whether used on its own or with handles and anchors. Color coding follows the Thera-Band sequence for easy resistance identification, and this set includes five resistance levels for progressive exercise.
