CanDo AccuForce exercise band is designed to support repeatable, measurable exercise performance by showing resistance as the band is stretched. The specially designed format changes from a rectangle to a square during use, helping the user monitor exertion with each rep. This low-powder latex band has been used in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987 and remains a practical choice for upper and lower body exercise.
The band is lightweight, compact, and portable, making it easy to use alone or with handles and anchors. It is color-coded according to resistance and follows the Thera-Band color sequence for easy level identification. This box contains forty blue bands, each 4 feet long, in heavy resistance.
