The CanDo Advanced Home PT Kit provides a complete four-piece set for at-home stretching, balance work, strengthening, and cool-down care. It includes a Dynamic Stretch Strap, three Latex-free Exercise Bands in Medium, Heavy, and X-Heavy resistance, an Inflatable Balance Disc, and a reusable Cold Pack. The Dynamic Stretch Strap supports range-of-motion, flexibility, and movement exercises. The Exercise Bands are a staple for stretching, muscle toning, and conditioning major muscle groups. The Inflatable Balance Disc measures 14 inches in diameter and can be used for balance training, proprioception, and lower-extremity strengthening.
