Designed to add movement and instability to seated or standing activities, the CanDo Balance Stone encourages constant micro-adjustments that engage the user throughout use. The stone has a flat, smooth underside and a textured top with nubs for tactile stimulation. It can be used for balance work, posture support, strengthening routines, and exercise variations that increase difficulty and challenge core control.
When used with the curved side down, it can serve as a vestibular trainer. The Balance Stone may also be used for dynamic seating, static positioning, and floor exercises. Lying on the back can create a pressure-point massage effect from the textured surface. The stone ships partially inflated and can be adjusted by inflating or deflating to change the level of challenge. It may also be filled with water or sand for added stability. This latex-free product is easy to clean with a damp cloth and mild soap.
