Each exerciser features two permanent foam-covered rigid handles for a comfortable grip and secure control during use. The tubing follows the Thera-Band color sequence, making resistance levels easy to identify at a glance. With multiple resistance options and a 30-inch length, this set supports a range of strengthening and conditioning routines.
CanDo BowTie exercisers are available in seven resistance levels and three lengths to fit different exercise needs. Resistance levels progress from least to greatest as tan, yellow, red, green, blue, black, and silver. Length is measured end to end with the tubing laid flat and taut. The low powder exercise tubing is made of natural rubber latex and may cause allergic reactions.
