This chest pulley system provides a practical option for rehabilitation and exercise routines that call for controlled resistance and adjustable starting positions. The triplex handle configuration supports lower, mid, and upper placement on a single tower, and a ceiling height of 10 feet is needed for this setup. Resistance is selected by inserting the pin into the weight stack, allowing the user to choose the desired load in 2 lb increments.
The handles can be adjusted to different starting heights, and the rope slip can be set to lengthen or shorten the pulley rope as needed. The unit is wheelchair accessible and includes the handles, weights, and hardware indicated for the system. Additional weights and handles are available separately.
