The CanDo Digi-Flex Multi hand exerciser provides a versatile way to work the fingers, hand, and forearm. Each finger button can be used independently to focus on isolated finger movement, or the entire unit can be compressed for broader hand and forearm exercise. Interchangeable buttons allow resistance to be changed for each finger, making it easy to adapt the exerciser to different needs and progressions. The finger buttons snap securely into the frame, and the frame includes a padded ergonomic palm bar for comfortable use.
This clinic pack includes 5 frames and 20 buttons, with 4 each in yellow through black. The Digi-Flex Multi system is also available in additional button resistance levels and as individual components.
