The CanDo Home PT Lumbar Exercise Kit brings together three useful tools for stretching, mobility work, support, and post-workout comfort. The set includes a Dynamic Stretch Strap for active facilitated stretching, a Full Round Lumbar Pillow for lower back support and light cushioning, and an extra-large Heating Pad for moist or dry heat application to the lower back and lumbar area.
The stretch strap is designed to help support flexibility work for the full body, from the shoulders through the lower body. The lumbar pillow measures 11" x 5" and includes an elastic strap to help keep it in place during use. The heating pad measures 12" x 24", includes a sponge for moist heat treatments, and offers a 9-foot cord with 4 heat settings for adjustable use. For added safety, the heating pad has an automatic shutoff after two hours. The kit is latex-free, and both the lumbar pillow and heating pad feature removable covers for easier cleaning.
