CanDo Latex-Free Resistive Band Exerciser Rolls offer a practical option for stretching, strengthening, balance work, muscle toning, and conditioning. This Gold band is the XXX-Heavy resistance level in a 25-yard roll and is packaged in a dispenser box so you can unroll and cut the length you need with scissors. The synthetic latex-free formula is made to mimic the stretch characteristics of a latex band while providing a powderless, textured surface for easier gripping. The band includes Tear-Stop technology to help reduce puncture and snap breakage, and the roll core fits most dispenser racks. Suitable for upper- and lower-body exercise, it can be used on its own or with handles and anchors. This band is 5 inches wide and is one of eight progressive resistance levels available.
