Since 1987, it has been used as a practical solution for progressive exercise of the upper and lower body. The tubing is lightweight, durable, and easy to transport, making it suitable for use in a variety of training environments. It can be used on its own or paired with handles and anchors for additional exercise options.
The tubing is color-coded for quick resistance identification and follows the Thera-Band color sequence licensed by CanDo. The Gold tubing corresponds to the x-heavy resistance level. The tubing is supplied as a 25-foot roll and can be cut to the desired length with scissors for individualized use.
