This CanDo latex-free exercise tubing PEP Pack is designed for progressive resistance exercise and includes three 6-foot tubing exercisers in difficult resistance levels. Each exerciser is packaged in a polybag and is ready to use after removal from the package. An illustrated instruction and exercise chart is included to support a variety of upper and lower body exercises.
CanDo exercise tubing has been used in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987. It offers a lightweight, portable, and durable resistance exercise option that can be used on its own or with handles and anchors. The tubing follows the Thera-Band color sequence, making resistance levels easy to identify.
