Designed for progressive resistance exercise programs, this CanDo PEP pack includes three latex-free exercise tubing bands in Easy resistance levels: yellow, red, and green. Each tube is 6 feet long and packaged individually in a polybag for simple use. Remove a band from the package and it is ready for exercise training, rehabilitation, conditioning, or general strengthening routines.
CanDo exercise tubing has been used in clinics since 1987 and is a practical option for upper and lower body exercise. The tubing is lightweight, portable, and durable, and it can be used on its own or with compatible handles and anchors. Resistance levels follow the licensed Thera-Band color sequence, making it easy to identify the level of resistance from least to greatest.
