CanDo high quality latex resistive exercise bands have been used in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987. This low powder exercise band offers a practical and economical option for resistance exercise, whether used on its own or with handles and anchors. The band is lightweight, durable, and easy to store or transport, making it suitable for a wide range of exercise routines. Color coding follows the Thera-Band sequence, which makes resistance levels easy to identify. The blue band is Heavy resistance and measures 5 inches wide by 5 feet long. It is made from natural rubber latex and may cause allergic reactions in individuals with latex sensitivities.
