This CanDo Low-Powder Exercise Band PEP Pack is designed for progressive resistance exercise and includes three individual 4-foot bands in different resistance levels. Each pack also contains an illustrated instruction and exercise chart to support guided use. The bands are packaged in a polybag and are ready to use after removal from the package. CanDo latex resistive exercise bands have been used in clinics for rehabilitation, conditioning, and training since 1987, and they are suitable for upper and lower body exercise. The bands are lightweight, portable, and durable, and can be used on their own or with compatible handles and anchors. The color sequence follows the Thera-Band system, making resistance levels easy to identify.
