The CanDo Multi-Grip Exerciser Plus offers a versatile way to support upper- and lower-body exercise, stability work, and targeted hand or finger movements. Its woven polyester construction is latex-free, hypoallergenic, and made without scent or powder coating. The exerciser includes both larger 6-inch grips and smaller 2-inch grips, allowing users to vary hand and foot placement for different exercise styles.
Resistance can be adjusted by changing loop position along the exerciser or by selecting from eight color-coded resistance levels, ranging from Tan through Gold.
