The CanDo Mobility Plus Home Exercise Package brings together a versatile selection of exercise tools for strength training, flexibility work, mobility routines, and recovery. The set includes three Multi-Grip Exercisers in X-Light, Medium, and X-Heavy resistance, two Latex Band Loops in Light and Heavy resistance, one Dynamic Stretch Strap, and one foam roller. Together, these components support a wide range of upper- and lower-body exercises for at-home use.
The Multi-Grip Exercisers are intended for resistance training and can be used for numerous high-impact exercises. The Latex Band Loops add progressive resistance to traditional movements and can help users build strength and muscular endurance.
