CanDo Multi-Grip Exerciser Plus combines woven polyester construction with a versatile multi-grip layout to support exercise routines for beginners, rehabilitation use, and athletic training. The exerciser is hypoallergenic, latex-free, and made without scent or powder coating for a simple, comfortable user experience. Large 6-inch loops can be wrapped around the hands and feet for upper- and lower-body exercises, while smaller 2-inch loops can be anchored for stability work and more focused movements such as finger exercises. Resistance can be adjusted by moving one loop up or down the exerciser or by selecting from eight color-coded resistance levels.
