The CanDo Multi-Grip Exerciser Plus offers a versatile way to perform upper- and lower-body exercise routines with adjustable resistance. Made from hypoallergenic woven polyester, this latex-free exerciser has no scent and no powder coating. Its looped design includes large 6-inch grips for wrapping around hands and feet, plus smaller 2-inch loops for stability exercises and more targeted movements such as finger exercises.
Resistance can be adjusted by shifting one loop up or down the exerciser, or by selecting from eight color-coded resistance levels ranging from Tan through Gold. This makes it suitable for users at different stages of training or rehabilitation. The 6-foot version is sold individually and is one of the available formats in the Multi-Grip Exerciser Plus line.
