This 6-foot exerciser includes 9 loops with both large 6-inch grips and small 2-inch grips, allowing users to wrap the larger loops around hands and feet for broader movements or anchor the smaller loops for more targeted work. It is made from hypoallergenic woven polyester and is latex-free, with no scent and no powder coating. Resistance can be adjusted by moving a loop up or down the exerciser or by selecting from 8 color-coded resistance levels, ranging from Tan through Gold.
