The CanDo Multi-Grip Exerciser is designed to support a wide variety of exercise routines using an easy-to-grip loop format. Resistance can be adjusted by moving to a different loop position or by selecting another resistance level within the color-coded system. This 30-yard roll includes 15 exercisers and a total of 135 large loops. It is made from unscented cloth, is washable and dryable, and does not contain latex or a powder coating. This version is X-Light resistance and yellow in color.
