This CanDo Multi-Grip Exerciser set includes five color-coded resistance levels: yellow x-soft, red soft, green medium, blue firm, and black x-firm. The exerciser design features both small and large loops to support different exercise positions and movement patterns. Small loops can be used as anchor points or for finger exercises, while larger loops are designed for use around the hands and feet during high impact performance exercises.
Resistance can be adjusted by moving one loop up or down the exerciser or by selecting a different color-coded level. The material is an unscented cloth that can be washed and dried. It does not contain latex or a powder coating. Each 30 yard roll contains 15 exercisers and a total of 135 large loops.
