The 36-inch tubing length is measured end to end when the unit is laid flat and taut. Two permanent rigid handles are covered with foam to help provide comfort and a firm grasp during exercise. CanDo uses the Thera-Band color sequence, making resistance levels easy to identify. This model is black and corresponds to x-heavy resistance. CanDo tubing exercisers are available in multiple resistance levels and lengths to support progressive exercise needs. The tubing is made with natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions.
