Product Description
This adjustable height overhead section expands the function of the CanDo WalSlide Original exercise station by adding a horizontal training area above the standard vertical sections. The 2-foot overhead section uses the same sliding anchor design as the other WalSlide components, allowing bands, tubing, or a pulley system to attach securely once positioned and locked in place. Because the anchor can be set at any height along the vertical Original WalSlide section, users can tailor the setup to different exercise needs and movement patterns.
The overhead section creates an additional plane of motion, helping broaden exercise options for home or facility use. It is designed for use with CanDo exercise bands and tubing, and is compatible with many other exercise tubing and band accessories, including fitness bars and handles. The unit can be used while standing or sitting, and adjusting the anchor position changes the exercise setup and resistance experience.
